In 2013, after 27 years working at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), Mark Vitale started ViVino Selections to share his wealth of knowledge of European fine wines. Today, ViVino Selections has expanded into 14 states providing wine from six countries. ViVino is a play on Mark's father's nickname "Vi" and the Italian word for wine, "vino."  

 

Similarly, in a world dominated by faceless brands, we choose to work with families whose name is right on the labels of their wine. Our families work with integrity, and their name is a reflection of the pride they have in their wines. They respect the history of their territories, with most of them being multi-generational families with deep roots, like their vines.
