History


Famiglia Boron started in 1954 by Remigio and Amedeo who had a passion for wine making. The Boron wine estate is a family run business passed down to new generations. Keeping the traditional wine-making experience but adding new technology allows the company to offer the most prestigious wines. At Boron Wine Estate, they take good care of the wine production cycle paying attention to every detail in their work to achieve excellence in their products.

 

The Process


The entire production cycle of the wine takes place on the estate. In total, there are 25 hectares of vines extended through an area where wine has been produced since Roman civilization. In this area there is unique terrain and perfect climate conditions to produce the highest quality wine.


 



Rosa Boron


Rosa Boron is a semi - sparkling rose made from Malbec and Merlot grapes. The aromas of the wine are unusual and delicate to the nose with rose, strawberry, orange, cherry and raspberry nuances. The flavors are a good acid-sugar balance and a dry palate with strawberry, green apple and mixed berry nuances. It is best served as a pre-dinner wine, ideal with fish, light starters and traditional Italian cured and sliced meats particularly flavored ones.


Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso


Refosco is a red wine made from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes with a bright red color with purplish highlights. The aromas of the wine are vinous, characteristic and fruity with wild blackberry, raspberry and berry nuances. The flavors of the wine are characteristic, mildly tannic and full-bodied with a lingering mixed berry aftertaste and balanced acidity. It is best served with fatty meats, roasts, and game.


Oro Boron


Oro Boron is a semi - sparkling white wine made from Verduzzo - Glera grapes with a bright straw yellow color. The aromas of the wine are elegant and well defined. The flavors of the wine are pleasantly aromatic, fairly rounded while at the same time zesty and fruity. It is best served as a pre - dinner drink or delicious with vegetables and vegetable risottos as well as fish.


Mosca Arancio



Mosca Arancio is a semi-sparkling wine made from aromatic white grapes with a straw yellow color with delicate golden nuances. The aromas of the wine are typical and intense. The flavors of the wine are sweet and persistent, reminiscent of grapes. It is best served for creative snacks and desserts due to its pleasant sugar and fixed acidity balance.


Prosecco


Prosecco is a semi-sparkling wine made from Glera grapes with a straw yellow color with copper highlights. The aromas of the wine are pleasant, crisp and fruity with green apple nuances. The flavors of the wine are dry and elegantly full bodied,velvety and well balanced. It is best served with boiled fish, sauces and fish and white meat starters to give a touch of class to your dish.


Rosso Boron



Rosso Boron is a semi-sparkling wine made from Raboso grapes with a bright red color and purplish highlights and a bright pink perlage. The aromas of the wine are lingering, cherry, bitter cherry and black currant nose. The flavors of the wine are fruity, vinous, medium sweet palate with good acidity. It is best served with cured meats, cheeses, pizza and snacks in general.


Lison Classico



Lison Classico is a white wine made from Lison Classico grapes with a straw yellow color with delicate greenish highlights. The aromas of the wine are pronounced nose with fruity and wisteria, lime flower and acacia notes. The flavors of the wine are rounded, lingering, elegant palate with an almond aftertaste. It is best served as a pre-dinner drink with light starters and herby pasta and rice dishes, savory pies, fish with light sauces and white meats.


Malbech



Malbech is a red wine made from Malbech grapes with a ruby red wine color with purplish highlights. The aromas of the wine are vinous, characteristic and fruity with red berry fruit and raspberries in particular on the nose. The flavors of the wine are dry and full-bodied, long lasting and rounded. It is best served with medium cured meats, cheeses, tasty pasta, rice dishes, and meats.
